  I went to the Giltbrook branch and have also visited it in the past. I would like to pass on my experiences, both in the past and today. The member of staff in reception (who I have also spoken with on the phone) is an outstanding representative of the company. Not only is he knowledgeable, but courteous, pleasant and smiles (very rare!) I turned up at a really busy time this afternoon to book my car in for 4 new tyres tomorrow. During that time, this gentleman took a phone call, helped a colleague and also dealth with my booking. He took the time to chat afterwards. This has been the case on my previous visits too - very consistent. Please pass on my thanks to the Giltbrook team; I will recommend ETS to family, friends and colleagues.
